Vinod Vadassery

Top-tier bakery consultant trained in food preparation and has a solid history of advising chefs, Vinod is a bakery professional with 18 years of extensive experience in India and abroad. A master chef trained in Germany with a passion for producing delicious and visually appealing pastries and confections, Vinod is a pastry artist who has used his imagination to serve several international hospitality brands such as Starwood, Marriot International, Address, Rosewood, One & Only, Aspire Zone and Radisson. He has also worked for local brands in his hometown that include Kadavu resorts by Raviz group and Travancore by Spee hospitality.
